At RealTimeLifeLeads.com, TCPA compliance is built into every step of how we generate leads. This page explains our consent model, how we document it, and what remains your responsibility as a buyer.
Every lead on our platform originates from a prospect who actively filled out and submitted an online opt-in form. That form is displayed on one of our advertising landing pages and contains clear, plain-language disclosure that by submitting their information, the prospect consents to be contacted by a licensed insurance agent regarding the products they selected. No lead is generated without this explicit action by the prospect.
We do not purchase, rent, or source leads from third-party data brokers or scraped lists. Every record in our system traces back to a form submission on our own properties.
We use TrustedForm, a third-party consent certification service, on all of our opt-in forms. At the moment a prospect submits, TrustedForm captures:
The resulting TrustedForm certificate is linked to the lead record and provided to you as part of lead delivery. You should retain this certificate in your records as defensible evidence of consent for as long as you may use that contact record.
While we document consent at the point of collection, compliance obligations do not end there. You, as the buyer, are solely and exclusively responsible for your own compliance when contacting prospects. This includes, but is not limited to:
The fact that a prospect consented at the time of form submission does not automatically authorize every type of contact method or every message type. TCPA rules around autodialers and prerecorded messages are subject to ongoing regulatory and judicial interpretation.
Telemarketing compliance is a specialized area of law that changes frequently. We strongly recommend that you consult a licensed compliance attorney who specializes in TCPA and telemarketing law before beginning any outbound calling or texting campaign using leads purchased from us. This is especially important if you are using an autodialer, predictive dialer, or any platform that sends automated text messages.
An attorney can review your specific outreach methods, scripts, and technology stack and advise you on the appropriate consent standards and recordkeeping practices for your situation.
