By accessing RealTimeLifeLeads.com or purchasing any lead product from us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the platform. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("Buyer," "you," or "your") and Direct Leads, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal office at 30 N Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("we," "us," or "Direct Leads").
You must meet all of the following criteria to purchase from RealTimeLifeLeads.com:
By placing an order you affirm that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of licensure at any time and to suspend or terminate access to accounts that cannot demonstrate active licensure.
We generate and sell exclusive consumer leads for life insurance products, including Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Term Life, Whole Life, and Annuity products. "Exclusive" means each lead is sold to a single buyer only and will not be resold, redistributed, or shared with any other agent or agency after delivery to your account.
Lead delivery is made by email and/or SMS to the contact details registered to your account, typically within 30 to 90 seconds of the prospect submitting an opt-in form. Each lead record includes the prospect's name, phone number, email address, state, age range or date of birth, product interest, and desired coverage amount, where provided by the prospect.
We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale, that any prospect will answer the phone, or that any prospect will ultimately purchase a policy. Lead quality and buyer contact rates depend on multiple factors outside our control, including market conditions, buyer response time, and prospect circumstances at the time of contact.
We stand behind the validity of the contact information we deliver. If a lead contains demonstrably invalid contact information, defined as a phone number that is disconnected or confirmed non-working, or an email address that generates a permanent (hard) bounce, you may request a free replacement lead under these conditions:
Replacements are issued as a credit toward a future lead of equal value. Leads with valid contact information where the prospect is unreachable, unresponsive, or not interested at the time of contact do not qualify for replacement. Buying intent can change after form submission, and this is not a defect in the lead. All sales are final; we do not offer monetary refunds.
All purchases are processed through Stripe, Inc. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice (changes do not apply retroactively to completed orders). One-time lead packs are charged at the time of purchase with no recurring obligation unless you separately purchase a subscription plan.
Weekly subscription plans (where available) automatically renew and bill your saved payment method on a recurring weekly basis until you cancel. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account and report the disputed amount to fraud prevention services. Abusive chargeback patterns may result in permanent account termination.
Our leads are generated exclusively through our own online advertising campaigns (including paid search and paid social media) that drive traffic to opt-in landing pages. On those pages, prospects explicitly consent to being contacted by a licensed insurance agent by completing and submitting a form. We use TrustedForm to capture a certificate documenting the consent event, including timestamp, form data, and the exact consent language displayed to the prospect at the time of submission. TrustedForm certificates are provided to buyers along with lead delivery and should be retained for compliance recordkeeping.
While we document consent at the point of collection, you - the buyer - are solely and exclusively responsible for your own compliance with all applicable federal and state laws when contacting prospects. This includes, without limitation:
We strongly recommend consulting a licensed compliance attorney about your specific outreach methods before contacting any lead. Direct Leads, LLC assumes no liability for TCPA violations or other regulatory actions arising from your use of the leads.
You agree not to use RealTimeLifeLeads.com or any lead purchased from us to:
Violation of any prohibited use may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any unused lead credits, and legal action where appropriate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account, you agree that we may add you to our marketing email list; you may opt out at any time.
The platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. No guarantee of results is made or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total cumulative liability of Direct Leads, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the platform is limited to the total amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Direct Leads, LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the leads or the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right, including the TCPA; or (d) any misrepresentations made by you to prospects or third parties.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Where required, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
